Digital Transformation Project Manager

📍 Location: Moldova

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team. As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will lead and execute digital transformation initiatives for our clients to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with our client business objectives.

What you will do: 

• Identify and assess clients' business needs and challenges to develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital solutions.
• Measure and report project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital transformation trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
• Required education and certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, other relevant IT certifications).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the digital transformation domain.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Intermediate English level required (C1)
