Fullstack Developer (Internship)

📍 Location: Chisinau or anywhere in Moldova (remote) / Brasov, Romania (on-site). 

We are Oneest - a technology consultancy & software company helping medium and large companies implement enterprise software, build AI-powered solutions, and transform how they operate. We work in small, high-performing teams and move fast. We are looking for a motivated developer intern who wants to learn by doing - on real projects, with real clients, from day one.

What You Will Be Working On

• Supporting the implementation and development of enterprise software and tools for our clients
• Writing scripts in Python and automation tools that make delivery faster and more reliable
• Integrating and testing AI tools in real business workflows - this is not optional, it is part of how we work
• Monitoring cloud and staging environments, reading basic system logs, and documenting errors clearly for the team
• Collaborating closely with the PM and tech lead to understand business requirements before building - context matters as much as code
• Supporting testing, debugging, and technical documentation across active projects

What We Are Looking For

• Python knowledge from academic courses or self-study - you understand the basics and you are actively building on them
• You already use AI tools in your daily workflow - not occasionally, but as a default
• Some exposure to web technologies (any stack is fine, we care more about how you think)
• Structured thinker - you read requirements carefully, ask good questions, and then build
• Excellent communication in Romanian, conversational English - you can communicate clearly in writing and on calls
• Currently enrolled in a university program that requires a practice placement
