Junior Fullstack Developer

📍 Location: Chisinau or anywhere in Moldova (remote) / Brasov, Romania (on-site). First week onboarding in Brasov for remote candidates - company-paid accommodation and transportation.

We are looking for a Junior FullStack Developer who is serious about building real skills fast, in an environment where you will be given real responsibility from early on.

What You Will Be Working On

• Supporting implementation and development of enterprise software products for our clients
• Building Python-based automation scripts and internal tools that make delivery faster and more reliable
• Integrating and testing AI tools in real business workflows - this is part of the job, not a side project
• Monitoring cloud and staging environments, analyzing system logs, and reporting issues clearly to the team
• Working closely with the tech lead and PM to understand business context before building - you will translate requirements into solutions, not just execute tickets
• Contributing to technical documentation and solution design

What We Are Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on development experience - personal or solid academic projects experience count
• Strong Python skills and a proven habit of using AI tools in your daily work
• Exposure to any web framework - we care more about how you think than which stack you know
• Someone who takes ownership - you follow through, you ask when stuck, you don't disappear
• Strong communicator in Romanian, conversational English - you can hold a professional conversation and write clearly
• Bonus: any exposure to enterprise software and tools, or business process analysis
