Marketing & Growth (Internship)

📍 Location: Chisinau or anywhere in Moldova (remote) / Brasov, Romania (on-site). 

We are Oneest - a technology consultancy & software company building a strong brand in the enterprise software and AI space. We are a small team doing big things and we need someone to help us show that to the world and so are excited to offer this 2-month Marketing Internship opportunity. This is for someone who is curious, creative, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and try things.

What You Will Be Working On

• Supporting content creation for LinkedIn and other social media channels - posts, articles, company newsletter
• Researching target companies and contacts to support our business development pipeline
• Helping build and maintain lead lists for outbound outreach
• Tracking and reporting on content performance and engagement
• Supporting the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
• Bringing fresh ideas on how we can grow our visibility and reach

What We Are Looking For

• Creative and curious - you consume content, you notice what works, and you have opinions about it
• Strong writer in both Romanian and English - you write clearly and with personality
• Organized and self-directed - you can manage your own tasks without constant supervision
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and familiar with AI, content and social media tools
• Currently enrolled in a university program that requires a practice placement
• Bonus: interest in tech, AI, or B2B marketing
