Project Manager (Internship)

📍 Location: Chisinau or anywhere in Moldova (remote) / Brasov, Romania (on-site). 

We are Oneest - a technology consultancy delivering enterprise software & AI implementation projects for medium and large enterprises, and are excited to open a 2-month PM internship opportunity. 

This is not a classic PM internship role. You will work closely with our senior PMs and be the bridge between our clients' business processes and our development team - analyzing how their operations work, translating that into clear requirements, and making sure projects stay on track. If you are curious about how businesses actually run and want to learn how technology transforms them, this is for you.

What You Will Be Working On

• Joining client meetings and working sessions to understand their operational and business workflows in depth
• Translating business processes into clear functional requirements for the development team - describing what needs to happen, not how to build it
• Coordinating project tasks, milestones, and deadlines in our project management tools
• Getting hands-on in the no-code/ low-code tools - creating fields, adjusting screens, and building quick prototypes to validate concepts with clients
• Manually testing developed features against real business scenarios to make sure what was built matches what was needed
• Preparing client updates, meeting notes, and status reports
• Using AI tools actively to speed up documentation, research, and requirement structuring - this is expected, not optional

What We Are Looking For

• Background in business, finance, accounting, or operations - you understand how companies work
• Structured analytical thinker - you can break a complex process into clear, logical steps
• You already use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) in your work or studies and are comfortable adopting new ones fast
• Strong communicator in Romanian and English - written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and organized - you follow through and nothing falls through the cracks
• Currently enrolled in a university program that requires a practice placement
• No programming background required - but you must be comfortable learning software tools quickly
